Our story

Three decades of doing the numbers properly.

An accounting, tax and assurance firm in Pretoria, built on clear vision, rigorously maintained values and a team that pairs hard-won experience with genuine energy.

The firm

From a 1992 partnership to the firm we are today

J&M Financial Services was established as a partnership in 1992, became a close corporation in 1995 and was converted to a company in 2008. Throughout, our purpose has not changed: to help South African businesses stay compliant, manage risk and grow.

We work mostly with small to medium enterprises, and we continue to build on our success through a clear vision, rigorously maintained values and, above all, a well balanced team that combines wisdom and experience with youthful ambition and energy.

We build our reputation on high ethical standards, and we hope that through our interaction with clients we impart those standards to the way they conduct their own business.

What we stand for

Values we will not compromise on

01

Integrity above all

Our reputation rests on high ethical standards. We hope that, through working with us, our clients carry those same standards into how they run their businesses.

02

Relationships that last

We are not a transaction. We build long-term relationships with the small and medium businesses we serve, and we are still here decades later.

03

Wisdom meets energy

Our well balanced team combines experience and judgement gained over the years with the ambition and energy of a younger generation.
