How we help
An independent audit or independent review gives stakeholders confidence and meets your statutory duties. Not every entity needs a full audit: the Companies Act sets a public interest score that decides whether you are subject to audit or to independent review, and we will tell you which applies to you before any work starts. We perform company audits, independent reviews of companies and close corporations, and the specialised trust-account audits required of legal and property practitioners, body corporates and schools.
